Procedures for Obtaining Residence in Northern Cyprus
After consultation with the Radman Group and the final selection of the project by the client, the preliminary arrangements will be made for a free visit to the project in Cyprus.
After visiting the project, the first installment, which is usually 30% of the property price, will be paid to the construction company if the buyer wishes, and the property purchase contract will be drafted.
Then, the contract concluded by Radman’s legal team will be registered in the North Cyprus Tax Office, and half of the property price will be paid for the registration of the document in the government. At the stage of registering the contract, it is mandatory to submit a translation of the client’s certificate of character and background to the government.
In the next step, online registration on the North Cyprus immigration website and receipt of the date of referral to the police department will be done by the Radman team.
Then opening a bank account and depositing the appropriate amount for financial support and issuing a printout of the bill to be uploaded to the residence website.
At this stage, the North Cyprus Residence Department will issue a medical examination letter. After receiving the test letter, the amount of 576 Turkish lira will be paid for the test. After 14 days, the test result will be sent by the hospital to the immigration department.
